“Horrible staffing, ridiculous hidden fees”

The hotel was very clean and in a nice spot, but the check‑in lady was rude and unhelpful.

“I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.”

The location was perfect with easy interstate access and plenty of nearby restaurants; breakfast at the hotel was excellent, the beds were super comfy, and the rooms were spotlessly clean; I didn’t wait long for my car thanks to the valet, and the whole staff was friendly, welcoming, and outstanding.

“Disappointed with this experience.”

The beds were nice, but I was overcharged for valet—supposed to be $32 for overnight, yet I paid over $88 for two nights, and we weren’t told about cheaper self‑parking. We also didn’t know to use our key card on the elevator, so we rode past our floor wondering why it didn’t stop. The rooms were comfortable, but the next day they hadn’t been cleaned, and it was a hassle to get extra cups and towels. Upon arrival, no one helped move our bags from the car, there was no bellhop, and the valet was initially unhelpful; we spoke to staff about problems but never heard back, except on the second day when Abdul was very helpful.

The rooftop bar is clean and modern, the rooms are nice, the facility is great, and it’s close to many walkable restaurants.

The hotel is new and clean, staff are friendly, but you have to pay for parking.
