“Leider sehr enttäuschend, Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht”
The location is basically great and very central on Long Beach, with restaurants, shops, and a bike‑rental nearby; the beautiful, wide, long beach is just an eight‑minute walk. The rooms are quite large and have a small terrace or balcony with a lounge area. We had a lot of tiny flies and moths in the room—having a butterfly in Thailand is normal, but not to this extent. The same problem had happened to several guests before us, as seen by the many dead insects stuck to the walls. Additionally, the room had a strong drain odor, windows without curtains or blackout options, and a streetlamp outside that left the room brightly lit at night. It was also very noisy because we were in the room closest to the main road. We were overall very disappointed and couldn’t reconcile the many positive reviews; maybe we just got a bad room, but a change wasn’t offered. The price‑performance just didn’t match for us.
