The staff were good and upgraded my room, but the parking space was too limited.

The hotel's customer service was top-notch, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. However, the breakfast menu left a lot to be desired - the options were limited and the food wasn't well-prepared. I was expecting a bit more variety and quality for the price.

The hotel's rooms were comfortable and perfect for sleeping, and the pool area was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was decent, and the staff were friendly and welcoming, as is typical in Thailand. However, I'm struggling to remember what the one thing was that didn't quite live up to my expectations - it's just slipped my mind.

The room was a real treat, with plenty of space to move around and a lovely view to boot. It's clear that the hotel has put some thought into making the rooms comfortable and inviting.
