Staying at Hotel Štrk and visiting Radenci was a wonderful experience; we ate great food, the people were very friendly and hospitable, and the nature was stunning; everything satisfied us and we had no bad experiences. Thanks for a pleasant stay – we’ll gladly return! Everything was fine. We had no bad experiences.

The accommodation was great and met the purpose perfectly. The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was rich and tasty. The room furnishings were a bit old‑fashioned but neat, quality furniture and nice tiles in the bathroom. I was delighted with the jacuzzi and the (small) pool. Plenty of convenient parking spots. The receptionist was extremely kind, courteous, and greeted everyone in their own language. Only minor suggestions for improvement: the shower head should be replaced. In a future renovation: on the upper floors the bathroom sink was fitted into a corner that is hard to reach because of the loft, and because the basin isn’t deep enough, water splashes onto the floor; it should be moved out of the corner. We couldn’t use the sauna because it was on another floor and we didn’t have much time left; it would have been more convenient if it were next to the pool.

Our vacation was beautiful, and the star was definitely Mr. Dani at the reception. A person with a big heart who works day and night (indeed, he’s always there!) to satisfy every guest’s wish. His extraordinary people skills, patience, and constant availability completely enchanted us. Dani works with such passion that he deserves the highest recognition and a raise. Managers, look closely at the gem you have at reception and keep him (and reward him), because he’s the reason guests return!
