“Stupenda posizione, carino monolocale”
The location was great and the environment was welcoming. A few small adjustments would have made it even better (the toilet drain box had a minor issue).

Room Verona Ai Duchi sits in Verona’s historic center, just 400 m from Piazza Bra and steps from the Arena. The apartment features air‑conditioning, free WiFi, a private balcony overlooking the city, parquet floors, and a work desk. Nearby, Castelvecchio Museum, Sant’Anastasia, and the airport (14 km) enhance convenience for travelers.

The spot is decent, but the apartment was split into two rooms that were rented separately, and the shared kitchen was missing basic items like utensils, a kettle, cups, and plates. The bathroom, which was advertised as private, was actually shared and full of mould; the extraction fan had been broken for a long time. The balcony still had trash from previous guests—beer glasses, cigarette ash, and packaging—and the sheets were the only bedding, with no blanket available.

The place is well‑situated. The bathroom left a bad impression; it seemed dirty and I found hair in the shower.

The location is great, right in the city centre and just a short walk from the Arena. The cleaning could use a bit more attention.

The room is very close to the Verona arenas. The door code was a bit tricky to figure out and the opening system was confusing.
