“Not as expected”
I couldn’t sleep without earplugs because the walls and doors were thin and the staff weren’t very friendly; they even left earplugs in the bathroom for us.

Funky hotel but super clean and well maintained. Elevated beds, linens, etc

The bar was nice but shut down at 10:00 PM. Breakfast was okay, though the food arrived cold. The staff were unfriendly, and the street noise was awful – earplugs didn’t help. I’ve never heard so many revving engines; it feels like nobody in Albuquerque has a muffler. Whoever did the remodel should have installed better noise‑proof windows.

The hotel is cute, service is great, 24/7 valet and a lovely cocktail bar make it walkable. However, the location and lack of soundproofing ruined our stay: we stayed Friday and Saturday nights, never got a full night’s sleep because all rooms face outside and we heard everything – loud cars, motorcycles, and even a garbage truck at 6:00 am on Sunday. The park and intersections across the street had homeless people, making us feel unsafe. The beds were cozy and the shower great, but sleep was terrible.
