My recent stay at this hotel was a disaster. Upon arrival, I found the hotel locked up, and when I called to check in, the receptionist said someone would be there in 5 minutes. However, when the person arrived, I expressed my concerns about the safety of the hotel, and he simply told me to either check in or leave. I requested a refund, but he directed me to contact the management.

The hotel's staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the quality of the food was exceptional, especially considering the price. However, everything else was just okay.
