Breakfast was okay, but there were no kitchen utensils or anything in the room to heat water, and in one room the air‑conditioner didn’t work, so I couldn’t sleep; the staff’s advice was poor.

The location was fine, but the reception was a mess: no room was available between 14:00 and 15:50, and the manager only opens on Monday, according to the front desk. The whole front desk and housekeeping were disorganized. It was a terrible experience for anyone who wants to arrive and rest only to find that the room they booked was not ready as confirmed. Maybe it was punctual, but the lack of clear information and obvious disarray suggest otherwise.
