I want to say thanks to the hotel staff. I don’t speak the local language well, yet they were so caring and helpful throughout my stay. They went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of and that I felt safe and comfortable all the time. Their support made it easier and more enjoyable to explore the city, and I honestly don’t think I could have managed so smoothly without them. Their kindness and dedication left a lasting impression.
