The staff were pleasant and polite, but coordinating time at the pool was difficult.

The room was good, but the food buffet was disappointing.

Everything was great: the hotel’s location was excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and there was a bidet in the bathroom. Overall, nothing to complain about.
