The staff were kind, but the room had broken box springs, rainwater leaking in, and a moldy smell; a broken door sill on the side entrance left guests vulnerable to anyone entering the building, and the elevator didn’t work—this forced me, who has a disability, to climb stairs to a different upstairs room, making the Best Western of Brockport non‑ADA compliant. The place is extremely understaffed; the crew were pleasant and overworked.

The location is good, but there’s no breakfast as advertised, the elevator isn’t working, and dogs barked all night.

Breakfast offered so many options that I could pick specific items for each morning of my stay, the staff were nice, and the furniture and bed were comfortable!

Breakfast breads were moldy, the AC was too noisy, and the elevator was broken so everyone had to take the stairs, with our room being the first door by it.
