The only positive was the location near the metro station and the good vegetarian options. Everything else was terrible: no maintenance, very poor room service, cockroaches everywhere, the room was never cleaned, water, soap and towels were only provided after pleading, the lift didn’t work properly, the room phone was dead, the AC switches were on at midnight, there was no water at night, and hot water was only available on the last day. Overcharging was rampant, staff behaved in an indecent way, and they forced us to cancel the booking while promising to reduce the commission from the total bill, which they never did. Overall, a hopeless place to stay.
