The accommodation was clean and the equipment modern. The location was great for visiting the various Loire castles, and the late‑afternoon access to the pool was a highlight.

Breakfasts were excellent and varied each time, especially the homemade yogurts. Everything was immaculate, and the location was perfect for visiting the castles. The restricted pool hours on weekends (16 h 30 / 19 h) weren’t mentioned in the description, which is a shame. Also, the staircase (“pas japonais”) was not suitable for a four‑year‑old (she almost fell several times), and the children’s room had no window. For a short stay, it’s acceptable.

We really enjoyed our stay. The owners were very welcoming and helpful, the place was charming, the breakfast was excellent, and the pool was wonderful. The only suggestion would be to offer Wi‑Fi, which would be a great extra touch.

The proximity to the sites was great. The calm, cleanliness, and the owners’ hospitality were excellent. The only drawback was the lack of air‑conditioning in the sleeping area, especially during heatwaves.
