“Very welcoming and friendly staff the property was in good order the inside of the hotel and our rooms smelled and were”
The rooms feature modern furnishings and the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. It was a great experience; nothing comes to mind.
“Excellent stay! Would definitely stay here again!”
Clean and comfortable. Had the 2 queen suites and they were nice and big. Close to shopping and a lot of different food choices (walking distance if you wanted to). The staff at the front desk were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The pool and outdoor hot tub were clean and the kids loved them. Breakfast was good with a lot of different choices!
Staff was very accommodating Our toilet did clog 1st thing but someone came to fix it asap Room was comfortable and clean. Elevator was out 1/2 the time, so we had to walk the stairs up and down 3 floors The wifi didnt work the entire time we were there and the TV wouldn't work the whole 2nd night This was particularly annoying because the other guest were up til 3 am outside our window lound loud loud and we couldn't even drown it out with the TV lol There were Kids running up and down the halls was super annoying. Felt like the families had free range of the hotel dont blame the hotel but that part was a bad experience 🫠
“Great location & awesome swimming pool”
The pool was great and the kids had a blast; towels were always available, which is a relief since not every hotel keeps them stocked. The hotel sits within walking distance of other shops, though they didn't offer travel‑size lotion in the store – a minor annoyance.
“Great hotel, staff are very friendly and a good location”
The place was clean and comfortable, and the kids adored the pool area.
