The staff were genuinely friendly, which helped smooth over the odd setting. The hotel sits on the 16th floor of a mixed‑use building, and the lobby looks more like a generic office entrance than a proper hotel. Once you get up to the floor you see a nicer vibe, but the first impression is a bit disappointing.
