We really enjoyed the atmosphere, food, and the whole team’s service. The only thing that could be improved is that there’s no privacy in the shower—everything looks the same in every room.

The room’s comfort, the staff’s friendliness—especially Manager Derik and Aline—and the stunning setting made me feel like I’d stepped into a slice of Tuscany right in Brazil. I loved everything and will definitely return.

The view and the architecture are gorgeous, and the hotel itself is genuinely charming with a beautiful chapel; the restaurant service is good and the breakfast is delicious, plus the cafeteria’s ice cream is tasty. However, the cleanliness was disappointing: the pool was dirty and the room was “tidied” but not truly cleaned from day to day, the reception service was poor, they ignored phone calls and WhatsApp messages, and for the high price paid there are no real attractions or activities—nothing that truly surprises.
