I liked the location, the swimming pool, the room size, and the balcony, but the TV was broken and there was no fridge.

The place is close to Calangute beach, but it fell short of expectations: they take payment upfront yet never verify or provide the advertised amenities. Towels, soap, drinking water, and a working TV were missing, even though they were listed. The shared pool in another building was dirty, the food was pricey, and unless you ask, rooms aren't cleaned after the first night. Overall, a let‑down.

The front‑office staff were professional and polite, which made the stay good overall, but the pool area staff were rude and even got into a physical altercation with us. Aside from that, it was a nice place for family and friends.
