The spot couldn't have been more ideal – every corner of the city was within easy reach.

The en suite was pretty solid with good shower pressure overall, but the beds are clearly 20 years old and need an upgrade. It was noisy late into the night, and there were only two power points per floor level.

Walking to the train station was a snap, and there were plenty of restaurants, shops, and major university sections nearby. However, the beds were cheap and uncomfortable, and on a Saturday night the area around the window was a noisy club scene that forced the window open to keep the room cool.

The location to the city centre is convenient, yet the shower door was broken and the sink had poor drainage.
