“Geld nicht wert”

The room wasn’t clean, it was dusty, and the bathroom was also dirty with holes drilled into the tiles. When we left the hotel to explore the city, we weren’t given a lunch break or a door code, so we just stood in front of the locked door for an hour. There was no phone contact or emergency number. The only compensation was a coffee, with no explanation. They said the colleague was new, even though we had mentioned it the night before how we could re-enter the hotel. They told us to just ring the bell and he would open it. Our room was on the 4th floor, which was fine, but they offered no help with our heavy luggage. The hallway carpet was dirty and spotted. The bathroom only had a sliding door, so no privacy. The pictures don’t match reality, and it’s not worth the price.

A small hotel in the city centre with a warm welcome and a very pleasant room, but there’s no lift and the sound insulation is almost non‑existent, so it’s a bit noisy (not from outside).

“Buena ubicación”

Very central, not far from the station, had a kettle, and they offered coffee and tea. The room was tiny, there was no light near the sink (my husband needed it for shaving), and there were no towel hooks.
