“Saluzzo 1 notte”
Cinzia and Roland were extremely kind and welcoming. The property is highly recommended for those of us passing through Saluzzo, only a 5‑minute drive away. Free, fenced parking is available. The hotel is new. The double room with a very large bathroom sits on the opposite side of the road, making it quiet. Cleanliness was excellent. Even though breakfast isn’t included, we really appreciated the coffee Cinzia made for us before we left.
A charming welcome with a drink offered by the owners on their terrace. The accommodation is new and clean. Unfortunately, the central air‑conditioning stops at 20:00, and by 22:00 the room was already 28 °C. When we asked to turn it back on, we were told it wasn’t possible and that there was no fan available; we were told to just open the window for cool air. We had to do that, but the property is next to a noisy departmental road, so the windows let in a lot of noise. Additionally, we were woken at 7:30 by keys in the lock of the adjacent bathroom and noisy neighbors. The interior was very poorly sound‑insulated.
“Soluzione comoda a Saluzzo”
The new building is accessed by stairs, with a large fenced parking lot and an electric gate. The host is welcoming and flexible with times, offering a drink upon arrival and departure. The bed is very comfortable, the room is quiet, good blackout, the bathroom is large, and cleanliness is excellent. Because of the hygiene and the care of the internal wooden staircase, guests are asked to leave their shoes at reception and wear slippers. A 100‑meter walk from the property leads to a breakfast bar at a fuel station. A simple terrace breakfast would make it perfect.
Great for a one‑ or two‑night stop. The room was comfortable and spacious. The owner was friendly and offered a drink upon arrival as well as a cup of coffee and homemade cake for breakfast. It was very hot, and unfortunately the air‑conditioning was turned off at 20:30.
“A un paso del centro de Saluzzo”
The house is very pretty and newly renovated. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Rolan and Cizane are absolutely charming hosts. Nothing negative.
