The location and building are good, but the front desk staff couldn't answer our requests, like turning off the bathtub disco lights we enjoyed every night, giving a clear reply when we asked to cancel an added night, or turning down the heating when the rooms were too hot. They even refused to provide an invoice, despite repeated requests on site, via WhatsApp, and through the booking platform. Their sense of hospitality is oddly limited.

The rooms are nice and cozy, but the hotel is a bit far from Cappadocia’s main sights, and the breakfast is not filling—just finger food and simple ingredients.

This is my favorite hotel in Cappadocia: the staff are perfect, the location is ideal, the rooms are great, the breakfast is amazing, and the view is the best you can get in the village. Parking a motorcycle is a bit tricky, but that’s not a huge issue.
