The owner met me at both check‑in and check‑out, and he was incredibly kind and thoughtful; our conversations were a highlight. I was the sole guest that night, so I had the whole place to myself, and could do laundry, shower, eat, and relax in a gorgeous guest house. Every detail was attended to. A short walk away are restaurants and convenience stores, and for cyclists there’s a secure storage shed at the back. One of the best stays I’ve had in Japan.

Everything was perfect! The owner is a truly magical guy with amazing photography skills, keeps the place spotless and cares about the environment. The bed feels incredibly comfortable and the covers are super warm. I’ll definitely book again.

They used body soap or soap‑derived products and the chopsticks were safe, so it felt like they really care about the environment and guests’ bodies. The stained glass was cute. The bed was a bit short (170 cm) and I could hear cars outside.

The gentleman is really nice and explains everything clearly. It’s quiet, spacious, and very clean. The beds are quite private, which is good. There’s a washing machine. Several CVS stores are 5 minutes away, a big supermarket is 15 minutes away, multiple bus stops, and a subway station is a 10‑15 minute walk. Perfect if you want to get away from the city! The buses aren’t very frequent, and depending on how you arrive you might have to walk a bit along the road.
