We loved the VIP complex in Sirnitsa – clean, cozy, and peaceful with a lovely vibe. The view and surrounding nature were a real bonus, and the staff were friendly. We’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a calm, quality getaway. One tweak: adding shelves near the showers would make storing toiletries easier.

They welcomed us with open arms for our pets, and the place was spotless. A big veranda, kitchen‑living area, bedroom, bathroom, and toilet – all there. Outside, every corner had a barbecue spot, plus a pool, lounge chairs, swings, and a kids’ trampoline in the yard. The best surprise? They gave us an extra two days for free after a mix‑up, and we were all on time and honest. We spent a fantastic week by the clean air of the Dospat reservoir – truly unique!

The spot is great, but the rooms were a mess from the last guests. We only had three forks for seven people, no kitchen tools, and the stove didn’t work. Cooking was a nightmare because the kitchen had no ventilation and was the same room where three of us slept. The terrace was shared among three apartments with no privacy, and there was just one half‑used roll of toilet paper. It feels overpriced for all that.
