The accommodation was poorly arranged, smelled of mold, the hot water was on and off, and they tried to trick you with water charges if you didn’t know the price, especially with a shop right in front of the guesthouse and a long distance to the beach, restaurants, and clubs.

The room was decent and clean. There was no direct contact with the owners, who sent many pre‑written messages that confused me. There were many time restrictions for check‑in and check‑out.

There was a nice old lady working in the shop in front. It was hard to find the place because it wasn’t properly signed.

The self check‑in/out worked. The room was literally on a busy passing road, giving the impression that cars were passing right in the room. There were roosters everywhere that kept crowing nonstop, making it impossible to be quiet. The room was dirty, faded, and had bad smells. The photos must have been taken years ago. We didn’t stay, we’re not demanding, but there is a minimum for the price‑to‑quality ratio. If I wanted rustic, I’d go to the jungle.
