A place far from everything, and that’s what gives it its charm and why people come. A wow view from the terrace of our bungalow. Kayak available. The team’s friendliness and the on‑site massages with sea views. The 10 km of bumpy track to get there and back ;), the fickle wifi.

The owner helped us book a dugong‑watching trip right from the hotel’s mangrove‑front dock, which was a fun experience, but you’ll need to bring your own snorkel gear since the owner’s equipment keeps getting lost by guests.

It is very unfortunate to report that we were threatened by another guest at Miley’s place. After these threats, we asked Miley and her team to intervene, but they did not respond. We requested some leniency to shorten our stay, since the property’s policy does not allow refunds, but this was refused. We therefore left the property in a hurry for our safety. This is a real shame because the place itself is quite nice, but it severely lacks peace and quiet (partly due to the guest in question)

When we finally managed to sort things out, the hotel was only useful for seeing the DUGONG, and when we arrived they told us that the reservation for the dugongs that had been CONFIRMED was not made, they had forgotten.

The place is gorgeous! The infinity pool offers a breathtaking sea view, and the two ladies running the establishment are incredibly kind. Be aware that getting there takes a steep 30–45 minute drive; we had a very basic scooter, so it was a bit hot at times, but if you take your time or have a good scooter or motorcycle with suspension it works fine.
