The staff were friendly when we arrived, we just needed a quick room for the night and that’s what we got. The room quality matched the price, and the beds were comfortable. The sink fixture was barely attached to the counter, the shower needed a deep clean, one of the gray blankets had a pinkish stain, and the breakfast in the morning was pitiful.

The front lobby staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, and the communication was great, making the whole experience enjoyable. However, there were still drinks left in the fridge, the second door lock was broken, and the remote didn’t work.

The carpet was filthy, there was a cigarette burn on the sheet, food was left in the microwave, and the refrigerator was leaking.

There was never any leftover food, even though the service started at 7, and my husband would go down there and find nothing. The staff were not friendly.

Getting there was easy, the staff were good, and the rooms were comfortable and reasonably clean. There was a slight cigarette smell and the rooms probably need a deep clean, but overall they were fine.
