“رحلة خططت لها من أشهر وخربها علي مكان الاقامة للاسف”

The only positive was the location’s proximity to the train station; the Yemeni front‑desk staff were unhelpful—after booking from Riyadh a few days before, I had to wait over 40 minutes with sleeping children, feeling exhausted, and the constant knocking and ringing were annoying even though I had requested a sheet from the start, which they said was unavailable.

The place is very clean and just a 10‑minute walk to the train station; the receptionist does not speak English at all and cannot use a computer, so it took an hour to sort out my booking.

The hotel is very clean, new, with new furniture and very classy; it’s not far from the kahba, and the surroundings are peaceful.
