The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location lets you reach all the city’s attractions, being just a few steps from one of the main parking lots with escalators. The interior feels very well maintained.

The place had great communication, a clean space, ample size, comfy beds, nice décor, a stunning view of the fortress, and a romantic corner right in front of the apartment. It’s really an apartment, not a single room, and cooking is forbidden—probably because of safety rules or its category. The neighboring house is under renovation, but that doesn’t affect the view since the windows face a different direction. We’d choose this spot again. The only minor annoyance was the blue guide lights on the wall switches beside the bed; if you’re sensitive to light, you might want to cover them.

We spent just one day and night in Spoleto, but it was such a pleasant experience that we felt compelled to write a review. From the moment we arrived, we were met with kindness, availability, and warmth that we truly appreciated. We immediately felt at home and welcomed. The property is beautiful, tastefully curated, and pays great attention to detail. Cleanliness is impeccable, the rooms are cozy, and everything gives a sense of order, calm, and care. What we liked most was the genuine attention to guests—a small touch that turns a simple night away from home into something special. It was a short but intense and enjoyable stay, and we left wanting to return soon and stay longer. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the wonderful hospitality and for making us feel so good. A place we wholeheartedly recommend and will remember fondly. ❤️

Il Vicoletto is a charming little apartment that I wholeheartedly recommend. It’s super clean, stylish, tasteful, with a refined color palette that all harmonizes. Every detail convinces and turns the apartment into a cozy home! Moreover, Leonardo is an outstanding host who helped me immediately and selflessly with something that was important to me. Mille grazie! I do wish it had been possible to use the stove for cooking. It wasn’t mentioned in the listing, but I had seen the stove in the photos and was looking forward to it, so I had to go to a restaurant… a pity (unhealthy food!!!). For my taste, the fragrant bedding would have sufficed; the many aroma sticks actually made me feel nauseous.

Excellent accommodation located in a strategic spot that’s optimal for visiting Spoleto’s historic center, just a few steps from the escalators. The rooms are super clean. I highly recommend it.
