The front desk was staffed 24 hours, and every employee was friendly. The hotel is located in the city center, close to a department store. The room equipment was not good and no toiletries were provided, which explains the low price.

krn dekat dng lokasi kuliner sama pasar genteng utk beli oleh2👍. naik ke kamar pake tangga itu yg buat kurang nyaman🙏

The advantage is the proximity to food places and Pasar Genteng for shopping souvenirs. The only issue is that the place is a bit poorly maintained.
