From booking to check‑in, I could choose my room preference and the courteous, friendly staff made my stay pleasant. However, sometimes people are overly noisy, yelling outside at night.

Samenvatting van deze beoordeling
The customer service was superb, yet one of the rooms had a clogged shower drain.

I was charged extra money once I arrived, and that place was a dump. The room floor was dirty and the shower was broken.

Absolutely NOTHING. Mold, broken door hinge and lock, sketchy neighborhood, dirty sheets with stains, same goes for the rags and towels. And I paid $10 extra for the “upgraded” room. So imagine without the upgrade
