The building was well maintained, the staff were friendly and professional, the room was quiet and clean, and the breakfast was excellent. Nothing negative.

The room was comfy, clean, and quiet. The hotel’s proximity to the city centre and the underground that goes straight to Heathrow made travel hassle‑free. I’ve stayed here before and found it very convenient. The garden is a nice spot to unwind before heading out, and a drink in the evening when you return. The bar service was slow and understaffed one night, but I’d still come back because I like this hotel a lot.
