The place is in a great spot and the rooms stay spotless with comfy beds. Parking spots are tiny and the lobby feels cramped, plus the bar’s drinks cost a fortune.

We came back for a second stay and the rooms are spacious; the location is fantastic. Paying $10 for a mediocre breakfast feels excessive, especially when it’s no better than any chain’s free breakfast, and parking was pricey. Our shower took 5‑10 minutes to heat up.
“It was a good stay but did not like that you have to pay for parking and the front desk wasn’t very helpful”

The location is handy for Aggieland, Kansas State Campus, and the fraternity house. The TV was broken, two lamps didn’t light, and the AC unit was noisy—its compressor probably needs replacement.

Great location. The rooms are large. Desk clerk was great when we returned to the desk after check in due to the bed not being made. Room was quiet. The hotel is starting a renovation!. Upon entering the 1st room, 1 of the 2 beds had no sheets on it at all. The clerk immediately changed us to a new room. Bathroom shower had moldy caulking
