The resort and hotel were as lovely as I expected, but the beds were uncomfortable and small for a Four Seasons property, and the beach was covered in seaweed that the hotel didn't clean up.

The property and facilities were amazing, but the staff were not very hospitable; some security guards and a lady manager were a nightmare to deal with and extremely rude.
