“Cucarachas en la habitación”

My stay had its highs and lows. The staff were friendly and the hotel was nicely decorated for Christmas, which was a lovely touch. However, we had a major issue with cockroaches in our room, and despite reporting it and providing photos, we didn't receive the promised refund for a night's stay, which was really disappointing.

“Bien”

I thought the hotel was okay overall, but the cleanliness was a significant issue for me. There were some positive aspects, but the lack of cleanliness really brought down my experience.
