The place is near the city centre, a food stall, and the highway. The facilities are poor: there’s no kettle, the room is a little bit small for a family of four, and the pillow bed is also thin.

For your information, I was unable to stay at the hotel because your system incorrectly showed that rooms were still available when the hotel was actually fully booked. I am requesting a full refund for the payment I have made. Please return my money.
