“Tolles Hotel am Tegernsee, sehr empfehlenswert!”
A very nice hotel right on Tegernsee. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very rustic in style. Breakfast is top‑class with a lot of variety. There was nothing to complain about; I was satisfied with the stay overall.
Breakfast was fine. The bathtub is extremely narrow and you have to be very careful when showering, or you’ll slip out immediately, which happened to my husband and me. Thank God I only ended up with a hand‑thumb‑sized hematoma. We would not have stayed a second night there, and we’re not old or frail, but physically fit!

A unique hotel with a historic feel and meticulous attention to detail, the staff were incredibly friendly and fulfilled every request. The breakfast buffet ran until 11 am and offered everything you could wish for, parking was free, and the location was convenient. We were thrilled, and there was nothing to criticize.
You feel like you’re in a Sissi film.
The rooms are large. The price is very high for what you get.
