The staff, room, and food were EXCELLENT. However, I was very disappointed with the gym because I always look for a well‑equipped one for morning workouts. Access to the gym was clumsy and user‑unfriendly; the equipment was very old and outdated. Two of the three treadmills (which is very basic) were out of order, and the one that worked stalled a few times mid‑workout. Fresh towels were not readily available, only upon request. I hope this is fixed before my next stay.

The landscaping was lovely with many pleasant corners, and the pool was wonderful. The dinner was not good enough.

The hotel is sublime, the location is magnificent and the view is magical. We had a fabulous suite and the bedding was top. Frankly, everything was great.

Amazing hotel! You step in and feel like you’re in Italy; the food is excellent, no need to leave the hotel.
