The property sits in a perfect spot, just 2 minutes from the center with dozens of restaurants and services on the other side of the street. Surrounded by greenery and silence, it’s extremely clean and tidy, even new in terms of furnishings and finishes. The staff are EXCEPTIONAL—they brought our luggage to the room, fetched us from the car with an umbrella when it rained, handled laundry because we needed to wash some clothes, and since we stayed more than one night they were ready to give us fresh towels and anything we needed. The rooms are fairly spacious with new, clean bathrooms. The property offers the option to book activities at Cameron Highlands (though there are dozens of places in town) and has a common area with kitchen, fridge and food left by previous guests where you can also store your own. Highly recommended, the best hotel on our whole Malaysia trip (and we saw about a dozen)! Everything was perfect—if you really want something, our room didn’t have air conditioning, but given the lower temperatures we never needed it at all, actually!

Very well located in the center of Tanah Rata. Everything was very clean and the staff were very polite and friendly. We rented a scooter there for 8 hours, and when it started to rain we returned it early and they kindly charged us a lower amount. There’s no formal breakfast, but they leave toast, chocolate and peanut butter spreads, coffee, tea, and cookies available. The backyard garden is lovely, beautifully decorated. The room was very good, with a comfortable bed and air conditioning. In the few hotels where the shower is separated from the toilet by a glass partition, preventing everything from getting wet. I would stay again.
