The pictures and the actual room were very different. The facilities, cleanliness, and overall customer service were poor.

The area felt safe and secure, and it met our needs at the time; I’d gladly stay again. We did miss having a fridge and stove for self‑catering.

The mattress was good. The toilet and shower were on the same floor, so when I went out at night the floor was wet because we had showered.

I walked in expecting a decent place to stay, but what I got was a complete disaster. The pictures on the website were misleading, and the reality was far from it. I ended up leaving at 6:30 pm and finding another place to stay. It's clear that this place is a scam, and I'd advise anyone to steer clear of it.
