The Deluxe Queen Studio includes a private kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, microwave and kitchenware, and the entire unit is wheelchair accessible with elevator service to the upper floors. It sleeps two guests on a queen‑size bed and provides a wardrobe, desk, sofa and a safety deposit box. The private bathroom offers a shower, bidet, hairdryer, bathrobe, towels and toilet paper. Air conditioning, free Wi‑Fi, a flat‑screen TV with satellite channels and a bedside socket complete the room’s amenities.

I stayed in a clean, spacious room with friendly staff, and the infinity pool offered a beautiful city view. The place was quiet and peaceful, making it ideal for seniors, and the bed was comfortable. Everything else was perfect, no complaints at all.
The location was good, but the front‑counter staff refused to let me check in early at 12 pm and insisted on 2 pm. I arrived right on time at 2 pm, yet they asked me to wait. I later discovered the room was ready, but a Malay young staff member with a tudong seemed to be giving it to another guest who spoke softly to her, which felt unfair and unprofessional. After arguing with them, I finally checked in. This rigid and unfair treatment made me very disappointed.

Location, breakfast, fun things to do, room size and storage. Fan not working on Day 1, housekeeping did not provide complete daily toiletries like lotion and tissue paper and toilet paper - had to request. housekeeping doing rounds were loud and chatty making it hard to rest or do work. Air conditioning could be too cold or too warm
