A pretty hotel, but it deserves more cleanliness for its level. The carpet in the room needed a deep clean and there was dust behind the furniture.

Close to restaurants, shopping, etc., so you can do everything on foot. I liked the décor.

The location was excellent. The shower barely produced hot water.

A gorgeous hotel with very nice amenities. Nothing.

Everything was top quality: the staff were class, the rooms were great, the food superb, the pool excellent, the rooftop bar the best in Newport Beach, and the manager was outstanding. Nothing was lacking.
