“It was a good and comfortable stay for 1 week. Worth it.”

Breakfast was decent, the staff were polite and kind—especially Yang. The rooms were clean, which is a relief for typical Indian standards, and there were no pests. The location is great on the main road, but you have to carry your bags up 3‑4 steps because there’s a bus stop in front. The only downside was having to reactivate the access card daily, which was inconvenient, but that’s just a system limitation.

“Worst experience”

Rooms looked cozy. The service here is pathetic. Anything we tell, they respond slower. Corridors were so dark as if the hotel is shut down. There was some issue with the motor and we had to get affected by slow and cold water. Though they provided with hot water through bucket, it was a big hassel to call and ask everytime. We went as a family with a baby and it felt so unsafe there. There was no internet, no towel and we asked for big beds but they have joined 2 beds and it was not comfortable at all. Will not recommend for a family stay. Only good thing is, its in the main location. Do know how it was starred as 3 star hotel. Bathrooms were so dirty and old. Been to so many hotels and places but never experienced a worst stay like this

The road was very difficult to move on, and there was no parking. No facilities were provided.

Nice rooms with balcony view, but the price is high.

Contacting room service or the restaurant was difficult; mostly reception helped to order. He always responded.
