Very good welcome from all staff who split themselves into four to help us. Clean, pleasant room and a washing machine is a real plus. The lighting in the room was very insufficient, almost intimate. No utensils in the kitchen corner, except for the oven, sink and hood… no cutlery, glasses, cups, plates… nothing, a shame.

An excellent stay at the Center Room Otel in Ankara! I was delighted with my experience at this establishment. The welcome is simply remarkable: warm, professional, always with a smile. The team shows great kindness and remains available at all times to meet needs, which really makes a difference. Service quality is impeccable; you feel expected and considered from start to finish. Late check‑in worked, but the room was saturated with cigarette smoke, even the bed had a strong odor and I couldn’t sleep.

The bed was soft and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming; I’ll come back and ask for a room on a higher floor. The downside is that a repair shop is below, noisy until late with grinding and car work, and a nearby café played loud games into the middle of the night.
