“Good room good sea view less price”
The villa is budget‑friendly, offers a good view of the Arabian Sea, the room is spacious, the balcony is nice, and the sea view is great; the hotel provides Ayurveda massage, which I enjoyed, and the view of the Arabian Sea is impressive.

We were allowed to check in an hour earlier than expected. The accommodation is right next to a construction site with extreme noise from 8 am to 6 pm; the balcony is only 1–2 m away. Our request for a price reduction was denied, so we left the property five days earlier than planned. The beds were very hard with a thin mattress, and only one of the two rooms had AC.
Well located, you can enjoy the Varma resort facilities right next door; the staff are extremely helpful—don’t hesitate to ask. However, there are works below and I’m worried about the sea view.
Staff, location, everything was superb—no better place could be asked for; we’re very happy and look forward to returning.
