Everything is brand new and the staff are very friendly. The whole place was dirty, the floor was filthy, and the bathroom was unclean; I think they'll lose many customers because of that.

This place was filthy and the staff were unhelpful. I had to pay in advance with no refund option, and the photos and reviews on booking were completely false. The customer service at booking didn’t help at all. Don’t book here or expect booking to get you a refund. I didn’t even stay a night. Everything was awful.

“A mixed bag”

The location is close to downtown, the freeway, and groceries, and the Wi‑Fi worked fine. I don’t mind a few colorful characters, but the staff here felt like something out of a film noir (or maybe a porn, not sure). The first person I met at reception was a woman wearing only a thong and a bikini top, and while she was trying to help me through the plexiglass screen she was also on the phone with someone else. I got my key and walked up to my king suite, where I saw another woman and her pimp in the parking lot; she was wearing a red Negligé that left very little covered. The room had been renovated, but the contractors should come back to fix a reversed‑plumbed sink and clean up a sloppy paint job. The top sheet wasn’t on the fitted sheet right away; it was incorrectly sandwiched between a warming blanket and a bedspread. Around 2 AM an older man was outside loudly demanding money back from a woman. She offered to take him to the bank to get a refund for services rendered, which she described in detail. Only a threat to call the police by the night manager restored calm to the Inland Inn and Suites. There is no complimentary breakfast.

“I would not recommend Inland Inn and Suites and would not stay there again.”

I liked that the rate was decent in a town with few hotels. It was a bit hard to talk to the front desk person on the phone because of a language barrier. There were many hairs on the bed sheets, and the floor could have been cleaner and also had many hairs. The pillows were large and hard, not comfortable. There was a lot of noisy activity all night outside our window, and at one point a prostitute exited one of the units.
