It’s less than a 10‑minute walk to the Old Town, and the bus to Yulong Snow Mountain is nearby. The hotel is clean and tidy.

The location is excellent, very close to Lijiang Old Town, making shopping very convenient, and the service attitude is very satisfactory; any needs are handled promptly.

The shower was so complicated it was almost unusable. I received a 3‑minute Chinese video (untranslated) at arrival to explain how it works, which didn’t help much; it’s high‑tech but absurdly complex. The temperature swings between 18 and 50 degrees without touching the controls. The hotel’s location in the city is good but poorly explained, and the room is part of a group of buildings operated by several hotels, making it always difficult to set the GPS address in AMAP (I’m not Chinese, but the international name doesn’t work for finding it on AMAP). Breakfast isn’t a buffet at all; it’s just a bowl of noodles and an egg. No one speaks English. At checkout, there was no one at the reception, so I had to leave my passport on the operator’s keyboard.

The staff, location, and facilities were great. You need to locate the hotel/apartment named 不凡美宿 or 与里, as the area has both an apartment and a hotel in separate buildings. The only issue was breakfast, which offered only Chinese food.
