The owners were very friendly and went that little extra step to be helpful. The breakfast was excellent.

The place was clean and comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and the breakfast great. The garden area was nice with good parking. It was only a 10 minute walk from Kings Lynn centre. I would stay there again.
