“Nice stay at Key West”
The location is definitely great, the pool is decent, and the overall coziness is amazing; we liked the overall look and feel. Breakfast, which is included in the price, was definitely good, and the room was okay. We didn’t like the AC – there’s an AC unit under the window that doesn’t work well. The first night was actually horrible because we had an old AC that felt like sleeping next to a moving train. We complained, they responded well, someone checked the AC, tried to clean it but decided it was really bad, so they replaced it quickly, which I appreciate. Even with the new unit it was noisy and hard to get a good temperature in the room.
