Very hospitable. The house is perfect with every detail carefully attended to. We had a small child and everything was very child‑friendly. The host is perfect.

Clean, spacious, suitable for families with small children. A booster seat, toys and a camping cot are available. The breakfast is generous, with a delicious homemade sweet. Andrea is present, non‑intrusive, caring and very attentive! Private garden and entrance. About 20 minutes by car from Bologna centre.

The owner welcomed us with great warmth, gave excellent tips for Bologna, and was very caring; the apartment was lovingly furnished and stylish, and everything was set up perfectly for breakfast.
