The location was very good, matching the photos, and the welcome was warm; everything went smoothly and the advice was very helpful. It was not advertised that the pool and the laundry were shared, which is why I gave it a 9 instead of 10, but otherwise everything was perfect.

The setting was very quiet, the pool was clean and the right size, and the houses had plenty of space – a real gem in a peaceful spot! The only thing that could use a tweak is that the pool should have two more lounge chairs, since the houses can fit 8 people.

The cleanliness of the property was exceptional and the bathroom was quite spacious, though the door didn’t lock, which could be improved. The location is also a strong point, with good restaurants nearby in both Marvão and Portalegre. Moreover, the farm is gorgeous and offers a great setting for walks and hikes. On the downside, the pool is shared, which might not meet the expectations of those looking for more privacy. I also think the safety of the stairs leading to the attic should be improved, as they lack a handrail.

The silence, the layout of the house, and the décor were all wonderful, and the pool is fantastic. Minor kitchen details could be better – a few basic items like salt, olive oil, and other seasonings would be nice, but it’s not a big deal and understandable. The frying pans need to be replaced.

The pool was nice. The only drawback was that it wasn’t private; it was a shared space.
